Over the years, Nurse Force has provided hundreds of clients the opportunity to remain in their own home with assistance. Without our assistance, many of our clients would face either a nursing home placement, admission to a hospital or skilled facility, or moving out of their home to live with another relative or friend.

Nurse Force delivers a broad range of skilled care to all ages – from pediatric to adults! We provide care in all types of settings from hospitals and medical facilities, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities and private residences. Payment for skilled medical care may be provided by Medicare, insurance, Workman’s Compensation, or through private funds.

Whether you or a loved one require assistance up to 24 hours a day, we are here to help in any and every way possible. Unlike traditional home health care agencies, YOU choose the days, number of hours, and time of day that care is provided. To assist you with determining your care needs, a RN Case Manager will visit with you and/or your family/friends free of charge. This initial visit allows you to become familiar with our home care agency as well as assist the RN Case Manager to identify your specific needs, implement a plan of action, choose appropriate caregivers, and coordinate all aspects of care. Nurse Force prides itself on responding to a care need efficiently and effectively, sometimes in as little as a few hours from the initial call.

Hourly care can be provided by RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s and HHA’s. Depending upon the level of care required, all caregivers may provide basic duties, including:
• Bathing, grooming and dressing
• Assisting with toileting
• Assisting with walking and/or transferring
• Exercising/range of motion
• Reminding to take medication
• Planning and preparing meals
• Laundry and light housekeeping
• Reducing the possibility of falling in the home
• Redirection and reorientation when necessary
• Supervision and companionship
• Running errands, such as to the grocery store and to doctor appointments
• Maintaining a safe home environment

In addition, Nurse Force has professional qualified nursing staff to assist with more specialized services, including but not limited to the following:

Hospice services

As an hourly care client, your cares will be managed by one of our RN Case Managers, who performs regularly scheduled visits to your home. In order to provide consistent, high quality care, our RN Case Managers can manage and administer your medication, order refills, provide physicians and family members with up-dates, and problem solve various situations that may arise in your home. In essence, they are the “eyes and ears” for family members, who sometimes live far away from their loved one.

While Nurse Force understands your desire to remain in your own home, we also realize it is difficult to open your home to our caregivers. That’s why we strive to keep your routine and your home environment as close to normal as possible; while at the same time ensuring your safety and well-being. Our caregivers are insured, bonded, and carefully screened prior to placement. And, unlike numerous other home health care agencies, many of our employees are long-term employees who have a proven track record. While we understand that turnover is unavoidable in today’s society, we have been successful in maintaining our goal of providing consistency and continuity of care. Some employees have worked with the same client for many years!

Nurse Force offers you flexibility in scheduling the hours and days you would like to receive care each week. We customize the care plan and schedule to best meet your needs. Try us, and you too will believe Nurse Force is “home care that feels like family.”

"Thank you so much for your kindness and support during my dad's recent passing.  I am 100% sure my dad would not have made it to 96 without the support and advocacy provided by Nurse Force.  You are responsible for adding four years to his life and he loved your people!
