If you or a loved one are recovering from an injury or recent illness, skilled care may be necessary. These services are often ordered by physician upon discharge from a hospital or long-term care facility setting. Our team of highly skilled nurses and therapists are ready and available to provide the skilled care you or your loved one needs. When relevant to an illness or injury, home health aides are also available to provide assistance with activities of daily living.
Skilled Nursing Services
Skilled nursing care by a RN or LPN can be provided on a short-term intermittent, hourly, or private duty basis. Skilled home health care services include, but are not limited to the following:
• Medication management and teaching
• Ventilator and tracheotomy care
• Pediatric nursing
• Orthopedic after care
• Diabetes management and education (including insulin therapy)
• Wound care / wound vac / dressing changes
• Pain management
• Injections and IV medications
• Lab draws in the home
• Setting up community resources
• Assessment to prevent hospitalizations or unscheduled doctor appointments
• Implementing a physician ordered and directed care plan

Home Health Aide (HHA) Services – Certified Nursing Assistance(CNA)
It is not uncommon for a person recovering from a prolonged illness or injury to require assistance from a HHA/CNA for activities of daily living until they regain their strength and prior level of functioning. Nurse Force can provides the services of trained and qualified HHA’s/CNA’s to assist with the following:
• Personal care such as bathing, toileting, or dressing
• Ambulation and transfers
• Meal preparation
• Fall prevention and safety
